Context
RCS previously relied on multiple Excel files to manage transactions, clients, and currency data. This approach often led to inconsistencies, human errors, and difficulties in consolidating information across departments. Generating invoices or verifying exchange rates required manual intervention, making the workflow slow and error-prone.
To overcome these challenges, a centralized web application was developed to automate and unify all these operations. Built with Angular and ASP.NET, it provides real-time tracking of transactions, automatic invoice generation, and integrated client management—offering RCS a more reliable, efficient, and modern solution.

Challenge
Before this project, RCS relied on Excel for transactions and invoices, causing errors, duplicates, and slow updates. The challenge was to create a reliable, automated system that was easy to use and maintained accurate, real-time financial tracking.
The system also had to ensure data consistency, handle high volumes of transactions, and provide accurate summaries in real time. Integrating all key features into a single, user-friendly platform was the main technical challenge.
Solution
The solution was a full-stack web application built with Angular and ASP.NET Core, deployed on IIS, designed to replace manual Excel processes and centralize all financial operations. It automates transaction tracking, invoice generation, client management, and exchange rate updates while correcting spreadsheet errors. The platform provides a real-time interactive dashboard and essential tools for exporting and printing data. Key benefits include:
